What To Expect
Before your appointment
- Booking your visit: Just call our office! A friendly voice will get you scheduled and happily answer any questions.
- Confirming your visit: We will call or text you to give you a warm reminder and to confirm your visit
- Preparing for your visit: You can fill out your forms online or in-office before your appointment (pro-tip: arrive a little earlier so there’s no rush!)
When you arrive
- You’ll step into a warm, welcoming environment
- Our friendly receptionist will greet you and take the time to go over your treatment
- You’ll then be led into your treatment by your hygienist
During your appointment
- Your hygienist, who is always at the top of their game, will help you feel right at home
- We’ll walk you through hygiene habits and smile care to do at home
- You will meet Dr. Richardson, who will take the time to get to know you and your background so that you can feel safe, comfortable and in control.
- Dr. Richardson will complete your treatment and arm you with the facts to make informed decisions for your smile
